Which long suffering character do you think has had the most people make an attempt on his/her life over the course of their history? A few ways of looking at it:

1) Highest number of overall enemies, e.g. where the Kree or The Hand would count as a single overall enemy each.

2) Total individual enemies, e.g. a thousand Hand Ninja count as a thousand individual enemies.

3) Most overall attempts? i.e. so if Joker has tried to kill the character a hundred times, that beats 50 different characters trying to kill someone else once each.

Anti-Monitor had everyone in the multiverse after him, didn't he?

Pretty much. And he's had other appearances to make new friends.

This is basically going to come down to multiversal threats, unless you want to apply tier limits.

OK maybe let's leave out the high end cosmic guys or Skyfather and above, and also limit this to characters with a history of more than just a handful of appearances.

Bouboumaster
Wolverine is probably one of the most hated human the world ever saw.

Hellfire Club, The Hand, Shiar Empire, Nazis, Yakuzas, etc, etc

Prep-Man
Batman.
