And he perfected a time machine that doesn't cause any alt timelines. In a prep war, not many characters can one up Doom.

doom had prep for that. and there arent many characters that could actually find rip. if rip doesnt want to be found then he wont. its hardly a stomp.

Hunter gets hunted.

Rip is a master with time. Has Doom found bested someone in Rip's class?
