CA is good at energy absorption, which gives him a bit of type advantage, but Blue Supes isn't bad with energy either and if anything seemed somewhat stronger than normal Superman. Plus he was incredibly fast. So on power and skill, I see Clark taking the win.

Yeah I could see supes reversing any attempted energy drain. I think that blue energy supes wins.
