I actually met the guy who did the voice acting for S. Kahn at AWA last year. He's an avid gamer and aside from Kahn's voice he also did Balrog in SSF4.

As to who would win the match...hard to say. Kahn has been fighting ever since screwing Onaga over, so he has the advantage when it comes to experience. If Ryu isn't careful, he will be in a world of hurt.

Judging from what I saw in MK9, Ryu cuts Shao Kahn's head off.
