Both are in the cantina, they only have blasters, luke from ANH and Solo from ANH

I'd go for solo

Solo was definitely the better shot at that point in the trilogy.

Han, because he'd shoot first. INB4 trolls.

I personally think at this point in the saga even with use of the force Luke would lose a straight up fight to Han. Especially looking at how bounty hunters like Cad Bane give Jedi Masters like Obi-Wan so much trouble.

However Give it just another few months after ANH of Luke training with the Force and Im guessing the tables would have turned.

Luke was pretty green in ANH anyway you slice it, Han wins.
