who in the below list at thier best(in no particulat order)can break or pierce through exitars armour and his dome like classic thor once did and hence do further damage and maybe defeat exitar ?
So basically just state yes or no beside each character below and give a brief or detailed explanation if you wish as to why or how with regards to power output etc...
You can also add other characters from marvel and dc within the high herald to cube beings tier only or basically just below abstract.. or i guess you can go higher up tier above abstract if you like or wish leave it up to you ...

1, 2, 3, 7, 9, 10 aside, I should imagine all of them can do that.
