Took me a while to work it out. haermm

Start at WO at same time
second is Q and wait for few milli seconds then P (if done correctly it rebalances itself)
3rd is W then wait for few milli seconds then O (if done correctly it rebalances itself)

if you messed the timing. the runner will stumble/fall (which is very very likely)
