Who Wins...... Can you be more specific? So this Beastcrawler (or whatever..) can teleport but has the agility/strength/durability of who?

If powers are stacked I would say amalgam. But for a slight majority because Spidey has kung fu skills now but I don't think he will beat the amalgam.
