Kokuto from Bleach movie 4 goes up against Kenpachi. speed is equalized and Kenpachi has his eyepatch off. is Kokuto powerful enough to win?

I agree if Kokuto will win.
Ichigo beats Kenpachi in early season. But when Ichigo go chases Kokuto, He just couldn't take a breath facing Kokuto.
