Hal's wrestled with Kilowog and regularly sparred with Ollie and Roy. I'm not seeing how Bibbo seriously beats him.

Ollie's a MA expert?

Kilowog must have been holding back, seeing he's a brick and Hal isn't..

And Bibbo can win, by being tougher.

Hal struggled with Guy Gardner, and imo Bibbo can waste Guy. He beat the heavyweight boxing champ of the world in a Rocky like story, if you looked at the scans.

He's not on par with Dinah or Batman, but yes, he's quite proficient in hand to hand.
