Kind of a loaded question. If you mean "Green Lantern Force" as in the entirety of the Central Power Battery or the Ion entity, then at peak levels it would be beyond the Odin Force. It's effectively the collected willpower of all living things, which I'd say is above the pay grade of Odin and then some.

As of today, the emerald energy isn't as versatile as it once was, usually just relegated to constructs and energy beams with minor matter manipulation. And for as long as Johns' stays on board, there's no reason to assume it would change anytime soon. And Odin isn't quite as majestic and awe inspiring as his Classic depiction.

The Odin Force seems to be less limited than the emotion of will nowadays, but in the grand scheme of things, is decidedly less powerful at their peaks.

In short:

Odin >>> any one Guardian.
Odin > Current Ion
Classic Ion >>> Odin
