I am not being a smartass. It seems rather logical that stem cells will/can be used to create biological immortality. Full control over stem cells coupled with a mature nanorobotic technology will realize this for us.

Think about it: if our stem cell research allows us to create biological immortality, it will save all lives. All. Of. Them. How is that not a good use of the "fallen"? The parents are going to abort the babies, anyway.

Surely you, even as a Christian, can see why it would be a waste to just turn them into worm food. If God doesn't want us to become immortal, He can come down here and stop it. This means that after a while of rejecting truth, you stop having any sort of conviction inside you. If you're out murdering constantly, would you have any sort of conviction for taking a life? No. Your conscience is seared with a hot iron. It wouldn't faze you anymore. You've been given over to your own devices.
