Team 1 is too versatile.

Well... It's an interesting match.
If it was any other herald beside Terrax, I'd say that team 1 stomp, because of the huge gap in the versatility. Beside, IMO, Ronan would beat Ares in one-on-one. But Terrax suck so much, that I think that Hercules would break his face, and then go on to help Ares.

A PISless Team 1 can't lose. Worse comes to worse, Terrax BFRs Herc while they decimate Ares. Then double team Herc when they ready. Team 2 has ZERO mobility.
