If you were to replace both characters with one another and swap them in their respective pictures used, I can see Prime barreling through the Avengers with some stupid wiseass remark about being ruined or that he's going to kill someone to death. Conversely, I don't see Classic Count drawing that much blood from Ion.

I think CN is pretty rough and in the beginning, he might have been a threat to Prime. But, he has become "un-monstered".

Also, CN has some great feats, but not against any cosmic characters.

Of course, he did shrug off Thor and WM.

I have to say Prime. Grudgingly.

Prime, at less than full power, and at night, steamrolled through pretty much EVERY hero on DC earth simultaneously. Compared to that, Nefaria owning the Avengers isn't overly impressive, imo.
