who is the most underrated action movie/kung fu movie actor

we all know them we all them.
the Bruce Lees, Jason Stathams, Jet Lis, Jackie Chans

but who do you seem to see play good action roles but never get any recognition.

i for one say Cyril Raffaelli should be at the top of anybodies list after district B13, Kiss of the Dragon, & Die hard 5.

Had some good action sences but overall it was not a good movie...lol


Forbidden kingdom (2008)


Blood last of the Vampires. (2009) Really good movie.

I always thought Casper Van Dien (Starship Troopers) would've done a bit more...he had the typical Hollywood looks for an action role.
