If Thor can't tickle Juggs then Thanos is not going to do much either unless he is over 20x more powerful than Thor, which he is not.
Thus Thanos can't beat Kurse or Juggs without bfr. Thor and Worldbreaker can't beat Juggs without bfr either. Also, no guy on team 1 can hurt Worldbreaker enough IMO (Kurse can but he is too slow to stack damage before Hulk heals).

Thus I conclude:

Stalemate if bfr is off
Team 2 wins if bfr is on
