Imo Onslaught was more powerful.

Sentry showed matter manip but Onslaught had Franklin Richards in him.....

Onslaught was wielding the combined powers of Charles Xavier, Magneto, X-Man and Franklin Richards. He definitely takes this one.

Onslaught had implied power that was never shown. So nobody acknowledges him to be as power as he was said to be. While Sentry stomped all over MM which people dont except and say MM jobbed because they dont like the Sentry character.

I guess pick you want to with these two characters

Onslaught wins, in an onslaught. (<<see what I did? hehe)

Bob wins.
