Spectre w/logoz vs Solar?

Spectre w/ Logoz is difficult to rank. Using Parallax as a point of reference. Spectre vs Hallax where well matched. Where as Hal pointed out, tapping into the logoz not only draws a direct connection to God, but into the oversoul of all living beings, making Parallax minuet to the grand scheme of things.

If scaling power does not give you an answer. Than we look into abilities. Can Solar manipulate divine/magical energies of the Spectre? Can Spectre judge Solar?
