Unlike Yoshimitsu, Raven has the utmost respect for Guy. Despite the fact that Bushin Ninjutsu is mainly based on speed and hand to hand combat, Raven sees the stoic Bushin clan head as a worthy rival.

So Raven issues a friendly challenge to Guy. Ninja versus Ninja. Guy accepts.

I'm leaning towards Raven.
