Pitting Superman against an Abomination amped by the Chaos King?Superman will just exhaust himself wailing on this version of Abomination.Heck!Even the denizens of the negative zone amped by the Chaos King was beating Galactus and destroying his Punisher robot.Not to mention CK will just refresh Abomination over and over again.Only Marlo Chandler w/ the spark of death permanently took out Abomination.Either way, this is one fight Superman ain't winning.

With CK's backing, I would certainly put him above Doomsday.Again If the denizens of the negative zone controlled and amped by CK can put down Galactus and his Punisher Robot with ease, I can certainly see him doing better against Superman.The keywords there is Chaos King amped.This could end up being DOS all over again.

Well TBF.It makes me wonder why Galactus didn't blast them.Either he was conserving his energies to open the portal to continuum or he knows that even if he did blast them, they'll just keep coming at him.Kind a like when Galactus blasted Zeus,Hera and Ares.I could buy Zeus and maybe Hera withstanding the blast.But Ares?I don't think Ares's durability is in the same ball park as Thor or Silver Surfer.The Sentry incident comes into my mind.And blasting those Negative Zoners would just make him tax his remaining energy reserves.And your right about CW#5 about Galactus.He was instrumental in BFRing CK to the Continuum.

That Ares was able to fight SkyHerc, and Galactus was weak when Herc summoned him.

Interviews don't go against comics. And Galactus has been introduced in severely weakened states against Earth's heroes more than once to show a massive threat. He's been used against massive threats in a hungry state as well.

I realize CK was way higher, but using a character for nothing else but to get knocked around twice, and do one thing in a series (hold open a ****ing portal)... Galactus was there to job. Hell, even Surfer managed to behead a God, and cause a mild commotion a couple times.

Okay you have a point about Galactus's history.All I'm saying is I can't view that incident as a bad showing for big G.Hungry or not since CK is a threat to all reality.Even the Watcher stated CK targeted all reality.
