How true is this list and if you do not agree with it, how would you change the ranking.?

Seen that before. Wizard is complete bullshit for anything. I'm actually putting together a similar list myself soon (except it will be top 15), and it will be much more accurate.

Well, Thor has a winning record against Surfer for one so there's no reason why he should come in second to him.
