Team 1. mostly because of Doom. It's not as lopsided as one would initially think. It could change in the future. I still don't know what Hope is capable off with the Phoenix Force.

Magneto might be a bad match up for the normally unbeatable Ultron. ( can he turn ultron into a coat of armor?)

Colossus and his new demon form is also a big question mark. (maybe it's his version of the void)

Cable now is fully powered again right? didn't he mess up the surfers board?

Magik has Blackheart worried enough to call a meeting of hell lords ( they were all impressed with her power)

A weaker magik punked mephisto in his own realm..the soul sword will be a major headache for the magic based individuals of the other team. She has destroyed elder gods...(whom the hell lords fear)
