Wolverine wins. I've seen him slice thousands of ninjas up, all of which are much larger than grains of sand. Ergo, Wolverine's claws slice him effortlessly.

Sandman has shit durability against.piercing attacks, this is well known.

Sandman wins this one, nothing Wolvie could do .
