In a straight up fight or prep battle? Straight up I'd probably back Loki on versatility. Prepped I have to say toss up for me between Loki and Doom with Doom having the edge. Magneto not really in the running for this fight.

PREP=DOOM he's the prep god killer
stright up fight loki=he is a god and thors brother
Also dooms mystic protect him against mags.

So, between Doom and Loki:
Without prep, Loki 8/10
If Doom can make a game plan during the fight: split
With prep: Doom every single damn time
