Since Odin needed Zeus help to invade Olympia instead using Asgard amy alone and Zuras holding his own against Zeus for a while.
While hulk was crush by the Skyfather in his own game and needed days to recovered, and could have been vaporized like an ant with bout a mere taught if Zeus wish so.

Zuras is the second best matter manipulator, and the most powerful energy manipulation seris is second to him. Hero KO is Zuras is being over played, Zuras implied powers puts him far above Hulk period, Hulk can still be burnt to a crisp!!
