Can Sersi do anything to plastic man? I remeber circe turning him into all sorts of animals and he would just change back. He's practically immortal.

DC Team by massive majority.

Zatanna + Plastic Man = ouch on top of what Supes and Cap Marvel bring.

Hal Jordan is overkill.

Well Team Marvel does have Thor and Surfer, who are definately able to fight Superman and Cap Marvel. Black Bolt could probably hang with Orion for a while as well. Doctor Voodoo hangs with Zatanna, Ikaris is good with Hal, Iron Man with Steel, Sersi tackles Firestorm, leaving Reed against Plastic Man. Personally Id go with Team Marvel here, though it would be Close.
