Depends on what "Avatar of Death" means. If it carries the same weight that "Avatar of Infinity" and "Avatar of Oblivion" did for Quasar and Maelstrom respectively in Quasar 25, he clears it.

Otherwise he stops at 3 and that's still nothing to be ashamed of.
PS Is that Classic Demogorge or Current Demogorge? Because Thanos could take Current Demogorge. So I'd give non Avatar of Death Thanos wins vs Bor, King Thor, and Demogorge.

Surtur destroyed a galaxy to forge his twilight sword. He also overpowerd Odin, Thor and Loki at the same time.

I am definitely refering to Classic Demogorge in this thread, and you are correct, Current Demogorge is a pale shadow of his old self...
