team DC easily..they have 2 above high herald guy..Atrocitus and Larfleeze..while Marvel only get Lord Mar-Vell..

DC, mainly because I think that Larfleeze would beat Lord Marv-ell
Also, the team is, IMO, a bit more powerful overall.
