Blackheart is still around.Though him and his girlfriend was turned into humans by his father Mephisto.I don't know if there's any news of him becoming more powerful than his father Mephisto.I only heard that Blackheart's movie version was more powerful than movie Mephisto because of that contract were he became Legion.

No details were ever given as to how Blackheart came back.We can only assume that he doesn't stay dead and will suddenly pop out of nowhere
