The Dark knight's reputation has caught the attention of S.H.I.E.L.D and Nick Fury. Hawkeye has been entrusted with hunting down and capturing the fabled Batman in his home turf of Gotham city.

Clint has the intel and resources of S.H.I.E.L.D to track down the Dark Knight.

Bruce has managed to hack into S.H.I.E.L.D's database and knows Hawkeye is coming.

Hawkeye was just on another level. It's strikingly similar to Batman. Here's a regular human albeit with a high degree of skill on a team filled with people of extraordinary power. You think to yourself, "What's he doing on this team?". Well, if you watch Avengers Clint more than enough makes his case.

It reminded me of JLU Batman.

I'm inclined to go with Hawkeye.

Bale-man is awesome, like Marwash stated, but he doesn't share the same kind of moves as Hawkeye does.
