Since this isn't a comic I'm fairly certain most characters on Odin's team fall victim to the matter to energy conversion trick at the word go since this isn't a plot and the Cellestials aren't just going to stand around towering over everyone until someone attacks them. It's going to be Odin, Zeus, and Uatu vs Two Pissed Cellestials fairly quickly.
