BTW where does the fight take place? Important for Mags and Sandman.

Let's say Manhattan.
Also lets take out Shaw cause he is kinda cheap.

Deadpool was pretty over-powered in Wolverine Origins.

I still say Wolverine or Hulk could take out Magneto fairly easy. Either via a hit or quick lightning shot.

I think Ironman could take out Sandman pretty easily.

To me the biggest questions are Deadpool and Shaw.

Shaw was such a broken character in the movie, and Deadpool's teleportation plus Adamantium Katana s could potentially hurt Hulk and Thor.

I know. You didn't need to repeat it. Before the Avengers film came out it was standard rules and was only meant to last as during the Avnegers hype.

Manhattan, cool. And taking out characters after the OP isn't necessary.

Magneto murders Ironman, BW, Cap and HE unless Thor can lightning strike him quickly.

Sandman could keep Hulk busy whilst Deadpool cuts Hulks head off or Mags uses the sword to eviscerate Thor and Hulk.

It all depends on Thor really.

Regardless Shaw as NewJak wrote is an immensly broken character. He can solo or be dumped in the harbour.

Whiplash in the CD armor?

Yup.

Probably the villains. Hulk and Thor would need to take work overtime and probably take on 2 each if team 1 were to get any kind of win. Deadpool would be lethal, especially to the humans and would need to be dispatched quickly.
