Okay after careful consideration to make sure I don't create another spite thread, I decided to give a high tier Negima character a decent fight. Since Rakan is stronger than virtually everyone in the HST I decided to try and find someone that could actually challenge him.
So Hao is allowed his Spirit of Fire and Armor oversoul perks; meaning he can change the elemental composition. Hao's not allowed GS for obvious reasons.
Rakan is also allowed all of his feats...even the joke attacks though they may not be needed.
Who wins. The guy that fought a giant to a standstill and is on par with Evangeline or the shaman with mind reading powers and the ability to take strong point blank attacks? Let's try this vs thing again I guess
