Most of the bat family gets annihilated by several giant footsteps. The really good ones can put up a bit of fight by dodging and pulling ridiculously powerful equipment (tazers (lol dunno how it would affect a 50 ft pym though), gas, etc).

All possible unless pym goes wtfbig mode and destroys everyone.

The battle takes place in Manhattan after dark, and the combatants begin .5 km apart. That's plenty of room/time for the Bat Fam to put something together, and in such a large metropolitan area with the cover of night they have a lot of shadows to work.
