Regular Mxy, his best feats are basically Emperor Joker's feats no? So I'd say Mad Jim Jaspers or Franklin Richards.

But the non-canon WF version of Mxy, I'd say Pre-Retcon Beyonder.

WF is canon to Mxy. Been proven several times.

Mxy doesn't really have a polar opposite..... he's of the same cloth as like Squirrel Girl.... absurd and able to do crazy stuff at random intervals.
