Doing something once does not make it an in Character Tactic. He sure didnt use that Tactic Vs The A or Ultimator.

of course it does, otherwise they would have never done it in the first place.

The fact is casually destroying a multiverse is far greater than what is needed in this fight. Ultimator is above Mxy by definition.
