If we're going by environment destruction etc then prolly the blackhole blast (or anytime Nova Prime opens a large stargate hehehe)

Going by who's been put down, then Hal's Krona blast hands down. Followed in a distant second by Thor's chaos king lighting or Glory killing blast.

I don't know if it counts, but I think the recent Godblast in Thor's Annual is up there.

Why shouldn't it count ?

Thors GB.

Hal's Krona buster or Surfer's black hole blast should be tops.
I don't think Thor's GB can do more damage than those two can.
A black hole does rip the fabric of the universe, and it doesn't have to be stated by the character to do so.
