Each team is put on a desolate planet with only basic knowledge of there surroundings. They are given a warehouse with any supplies they could ever need (basic things like wires and scrap metal nothing put together)

Round one
Who can leave the planet first.

Round two
With a month of prep who wins in a fight

Round three
Giant robot death match
Who builds the better killing machine

Team 1 sweeps.

In Team 1, you have 4 of the 8 most intelligent people on Marvel Earth in the same team. 3 of them are in the top 4 (Richards, Stark, Banner). And Richards is probably the number 1 (suck it up, Doom).

I can't see how they loose any of that.
