Amadeus has the same banner tech and mace he fought Thor with in the four part Prince of Power series. In both fights, Supes is not holding back. He's going out like he did at the end of the Doomsday fight.

Fight one: Cho has no foreknowledge of Superman.

Fight two: Cho knows who Superman is (though he still has the same materials as he fought Thor with....i.e. he's not getting his hands on kryptonite, or a red sunlight generator, unless he can make it from the gear he already has on him).

Fight three: Cho has the same materials, foreknowledge of Superman, and a baseball sized chunk of kryptonite. Superman though KNOWS Cho has the kryptonite.

Fight four: Same fight as 3, except Superman doesn't know about the Kryptonite. But he's still going all out.

To win, one character has to KILL the other. They both know this and will do so. No BFR. No KO. It must be a kill.

Superman is pre-reboot

Cho wins the 4th, Superman wins the others...

It takes a lot more than a baseball sized chunk of Kryptonite to kill that version of Superman. But even if it did kill him, Superman's speed advantage is too great for Cho to even get a thought off in any of the four fights.

Umm Bats already ran this simulation and his conclusion was that regardless of the prep he made, exo suit, red sun light, kryptonite and iirc magic based weaponry the longest he lasted was something like 11 minutes.

Cho is no Batman though.
