Considering the havok it unleashed during Annihilation Conquest, I doubt it. The transmode virus in Annihilation Conquest came from a version of the Phalanx who have undergone an"upgrade"as stated by the WM.

Cables T.O. virus was already an upgrade from the transmode virus.

Cable dosent even have the TO Virus anymore... hope cured him with her PF powers
