edit: misread the thread, maybe? Are you asking how well he would do against each one of those individually? If so..eh, the results are the same. He might have a shot against Red Skull, provided it's not the one in a captain america clone body.

The rest of that list is way out of his league.

It's been a while since I've read watchmen but it really is a shame the rest of the heroes in that universe were untrained and out of shape for the most part. Ozy catching a bullet was fairly impressive and he would probably hold his own against many heroes, but there just isn't enough evidence to say he wins these fights. The Watchmen were never meant for battle board scenarios.
