I had assumed cable would be in it.....as i am sure everyone else did lol but I honestly had not expected death to be in it.

So excited! I can't wait till they announce the official release date!

Okay, I see. Hope that means we can use it in most of the game missions the same way the XF suit was available for Wolvie in the Wolverine game.

I already pre-ordered it so im picking it up tomorrow. I know people are giving this game a bad light but from what I can tell they got it pretty close to Deadpool. It looks like fun to me!

This is just me, but everything I've seen about this game looks horrible. I was excited about it at first, but it's not really want I expected it would be. Still, whoever plays it, I hope you enjoy it. Post your impressions

That and also not everything needs to look like the Arkham games just because that has set the benchmark.

Im only on the first mission so I cant say much about the story BUT so far......

Its a lot of fun. Graphics are good, the control scheme works well, You take damage so you can see his healing factor at work(its a small thing but its a plus imo), The voices/thought boxes work, They nailed the "deadpool attitude", He has a teleport, His combos work great...and the teleport function works with his combos well, The integration of a third person shooter and straight up action game was handled well imo.

There are a few stupid things like the whole usable toilet in his apartment. Although, if you are a Deadpool fan, as of right now Id say its worth a play. So far I have enjoyed it but like I said I have yet to get through the story so it could change if the story is bad. I have not tried the challenge modes yet either.

I have made it to the part where you fight that chubby pale guy from the gameplay footage and he actually fights back and hes not actually a boss fight like some were speculating.

really? the only review I read was on Gameradar.com and it got a "solid" rating.

anyways yeah Critics usually suck at rating things. It a legit game so far Imo. to each there own I guess.

Also I would ask could you post a link or two to some of the critics that reviewed it badly? I looked up IGN and they said it was ok as did meta critic. Although, they don't tend to review very well. As I said before Gameradar said it was a solid game.

Picked up my copy of the game had to go back to the shop and get my paper for thee DLC code

just got up to the second area in the sewers where those marauder's help get to get away and the game froze up, Most likely one of those things that you usually get with a new copy of a game.

I haven't experienced any freezing myself. I managed the 300 hit combo though! and one of the secret achievements is to pause the game and go to settings. Under audio turn dialog down to 0 and it pops up.

Toys R Us had this up on preorder for $40.00 shipped, so Kaya and I picked it up. At that price, I can deal with it being 'meh' but we're pretty big Deadpool fans, so I dunno.

I notice the campaign isn't that long, Hope we get some story DLC otherwise its another Darkness 2 situation again.

lol indeed! and I am personally! I keep very few games after I 100% them (achievements included) but this is one im keeping even if its only for the novelty of getting to "be" Deadpool!

I had a freezing problem, was playing the part where Wades in the sentinal foot and I'm shooting up some guards then suddenly it freezes

Most likely does it because its a brand new copy of the game

i remember it happening even way back with the game cartridge's days.

Funniest game ever!!

Completed it just now, there were some annoying parts when I was facing the sinister clones and it said press O I press it yet sinister is still able to lift me and smack me on the ground, in the end I resorted to running around in a circle with sinisters chasing me whilst I shot them until they had low health and then killed them with my katana's. If I shot them dead they'd come back or sometimes they would, when it was one sinister left and I shot them they died and that was it. But anyways the game was funny, I especially liked Deadpool owning sinister with a simple groin punch followed by a sentinel boot crushing him. All in all the game was a fun one It deserved a better score I think from crititcs.

My favorite parts were bitchslapping the "midget" I was mashing x for like 2 minutes till it was no longer an option the other was messing with Nate while he was stuck in that chair....haermm

Not entirely. The game does have a different taste. But that's like calling the upcoming GTA5, if it indeed ends up being a good game,

But that's most games anyway. Fun or not, most are just gonna be revisits with minor and different extras.

Twas fun, funny and was it's great to finally have a Deadpool game. Was pretty short and not worth full price, but it entertained and made me laugh.

The Deadpool video game is, without a doubt, one of the most insanely demented video games I have ever played in my career as a gamer.

The actual game play is nothing extraordinary and is very repetitive with so much button mashing for hack & slash melee, a la God of War, and has a few flaws that could have been easily remedied. However, the game is fun and challenging, too.

The real magic of this game is the dialogue, the cut scenes, and the madness that is Deadpool's voices in his head breaking the fourth wall with ridiculously crazy commentary. I don't think I've laughed this hard during a video game for a very long time. As a matter of fact, the last game that made me laugh this hard was Conker's Bad Fur Day for the N64.

Nolan North was a perfect pick for the deadpool voice

Hard to believe he did superboy for Young Justice...

If re-releases don't follow rebuilds like Gears of War, or huge collections like Master Chief then I'm not really interested or games that really warrant replaying like GTAV.

You are probably right.

To be fair, you can't buy the Deadpool game anymore unless you're lucky enough to find a copy due to the licensing thing, so in this case I think a re-release is a little more warranted than usual.

Fun game though.

I know through Steam i remember it did disappear because of licensing but its back on there now

wouldn't mind seeing a sequel to the game with them improving on things.

Oh, I didn't know it was back before this.

Been reading physical copies for this game have gone up in price because of the new movie.

The original PS3 release is still pretty reasonable, however the re-release on ps4 is another story.

There's some copies of the PS4 version going for $300+ for a copy.
