This is actually an interesting thread. Mephisto has better on panel feats and fights. Chthon has nothing but talk.

Going strictly by on panel action, I'd actually side with Mephisto.

Going strictly by on panel action, I'd actually side with Mephisto. Demogorge had no trouble what so ever consuming mephisto in his own realm, he no sold everything mephisto had to offer to the point mephisto begged for his life ( it was a merged superhell)
