The Spider-man are dealt with by having Oscorp security kidnap their loved ones and take them to Mexico, obviously with the Spidy's in hot pursuit. So when the two teams meet on the shattered New York streets who comes out on top?

A couple of quick notes to clarify the scenario and answer questions before/should they come up. Any intervention on the part of the police/military/SHIELD will be dealt with by Oscorp security and mercs. In other words its super team vs super team. The civilian population has already been evacuated so the Avengers don't have to worry about collateral. Also under the circumstances everybody is willing to kill.

Cap, Black Widow and HawkEye can get killed via Goblin x-ray bombs.

Ironman, Thor and Hulk mess these guys up pretty good.

-Goblins get killed via focused lightning bolts from Mjolnir.

-Doc Ock gets snipped by bolts. Or killed with ease via the others.

-Venom will be tricky but lasers can decapitate him or Hulk can tear him in half or lightning bolts should hurt him good.

-Lizard can get decapitated via beams. Beheading should kill him.

-Sandman will be tricky. But Hulk can bust him into trickling sand whilst Thor creates a hurricane on top and sucks the sand into the ocean.

Captain America, Black Widow and Hawkeye die but the rest stomp.

-Goblins gets sniped via lightning bolts. Dead on impact. Bombs wont do crap.

-Doc Ock the same. Metal arms make nice conduits.

-Venom, death by severe electrocution. The symbiotes weaknesses were always sonics and fire. Electricity is advanced fire.

-Lizard gets his head pounded off via aerial swipe or splattered via lightning ground stomp on his head. Or constant lightning burns his flesh into charcoal. Regardless his head is coming off and being stomped underfoot.

-Sandman I already said. Gets tornado'd into the air and released into the ocean. Electrocute the ocean for good measure.

Avengers don't even need a single fatality if Ironman flies em to safety. And with Cap's strageties it's a shoein.
