According to DC canon, it's unbreakable (no PIS)

The other end is tied to an immovable object, (use your imagination).

Juggs begins to move, can he break it or is this the object that stops the Juggernaut?

(Use either version of Juggs, whether it be Marko or Colossus, doesn't matter a whole lot)

This is going to be a doozy.

It'd be better if WW's lasso was unbreakable and Juggernaut unstoppable though.
