I don't think Icon would be freaked out by Adam's cruelty the way most heroes are.

He might be freaked out when half of his body is miles away from the other half though.

I don't get it. has Icon had even one bad showing? How can anyone claim that Teth is much more powerful than he is? Have they ever fought?
