^Cap is not equal to Deathstroke at all. Maybe when he starts beating Spider-man consistently he'll be up there with Slade but not now.

Owlman vs Winter Soldier= Toss up.
Deathstroke vs Cap= Slade, depending on which version.
Bane vs Panther= Bane
Batman vs Daredevi= Batman
Hawkeye vs Connor=Connor
Nightwing vs Moon Knight= MK

So, edge to DC.
