Had you asked this in the 1980s, the fight could have gone either way. Heavy advantage to Sabretooth, but still a winnable fight for Daredevil. Sabretooth, was, after all, an opponent of Power Man and Iron Fist back then. Mystique managed to stymie him by getting some wine or alcohol and setting fire to his mane. Spider-Man actually put him in the hospital by simply webbing his face: when Sabretooth tried to rip the webbing off, it took part of his face with it. Perhaps most famously, Spider-man's then more or less non-powered girlfriend Felicia Hardy aka The Black Cat, beat Sabretooth handily in a street fight, tripping him then violently slamming his face repeatedly into the ground.

But ...

This isn't the 1980s. Sabretooth has had quite a few upgrades since then, not only to strength and speed but also to his healing factor. I can't anymore see Daredevil getting a win WITH Billy Club or nearby equipment, let alone without.

Crying shame that there is no way for you to ask this question back in the 80s, though, with Sabretooth at reasonable and quite vincible levels and DD in his heyday. He took bricks all the time back then, even fought people who could kill at a touch, like the DeathStalker. Would have made for a hell of a fight...
