You're the director/writer for the next big superhero movie. You're given free reign in deciding how the fights will come out. However, you've decided to make the fight as close and loyal to how it should look in a comic and decided to leave all your personal biases behind (pls!! :-p)

How would you write a fight between Wolverine and Batman and what would the result be?

Batman arrives at Gotham Pier, to check out a suspicious freighter from Canada. Hears the clink clank of what sounds like a heavy and slow robot, from inside a container marker "miniature Canadians".

Batman decides he can forgo his "one rule" and hacks into the military and orders a tactical nuclear strike on this container full of short-areses.

Batman leaves Gotham for some quality time with Wonder Woman.

Camera returns to the scene of the nuclear strike. amidst the ash and debris, there is a scrap of yellowish fabric with what looks like an X on it... some meters away, a very cool looking metallic skeleton ... it twitches ... the camera pulls closer, it lifts a middle finger of defiance up ...

The End.

The main villian is Toyman.

During the opening moments of the movie Batman kills Wolverine in like 2 attacks because Wolverine is trying to stab kids in the bellies at the local playground... like he's known to do.

There's a 20 minute scene of hardcore porn in the middle of the movie.

Batman batarangs Toyman and ties him up.

Wolverine's ghost watches everyone dance in a Yub Nub reminiscent scene.

The end.

Wow both the actors playing wolverine and batman looked and sounded amazing in this video. For basically a fanfight, that is rare.

Watching it again those may have been voicovers, but they both, especially batman, looked really good.

I'd make sure Batman didn't beat Wolverine straight up without plot device or heavy gadget exploitation.

The problem with those videos is that they're fan voted.

That Batman/Cap one that IGN promoted was pretty bad, both in terms of the actors they got portraying each character and in the fact that their "stats" were completely off.

Wolverine ****s him up in a regular fight and comes out with the claws and cuts off his legs and hangs him & lites him on fire.

I'd script it that while in a bar in Gotham a newscast contains a trigger word from Wolverine's Weapon X/Department H days which sets him off and he's carrying out a programmed directive to systematically kill off all corrupt politicians and crime bosses in Gotham (mistaking Gotham for Madripoor). Batman goes to investigate the killings/assassinations assuming that it's a hired gun ninja doing the killing (all killings appearing to have been done with bladed weapons). He tracks the killer (Wolverine) to a high rise building where a Mob boss and all of his hired guns are holed up until whatever the cause of the current violence is blows over. Wolverine enters the penthouse and immediately starts to kill everyone in sight. There's 100+ gunmen inside and the incident turns into a blood bath with Batman being witness to it and being able to extract the mob boss while Wolverine is slaughtering all of his men. Batman takes the mobster to Jim Gordon to take into protective custody and then heads back to the batcave to analyze some video he took from the hotel massacre. The following day Batman (in his Bruce Wayne persona) is at Wayne Manor with Damian, Alfred, Helena, and Dick discussing the events of the previous night and the mysterious clawed assassin behind all the high profile killings when a proximity alarm at Wayne Manor's gate goes off. Bruce checks the surveillance camera video and gatches a glimpse of 3 metal claws destroying a camera. Batman deduces that Bruce Wayne himself has been targeted for assassination. Wayne Manor is put on lock down and security doors and windows lock in place securing the house. Nightwing, Robin, Huntress and Batman all head down to the Batcave to gear up and Alfred puts on a bullet proof vest and grabs a rifle and one of Mr. Freeze's freeze guns that Batman has confiscated. Loud clanging and slashing sounds are heard upstairs as Wolverine slices through the security doors and enters Wayne Manor. Batman tells the others they must lead the assassin away from Wayne Manor so that he doesn't discover the Batcave below. They leave the Batcave and re-enter Wayne Manor via the compromised door. Wolverine engages Robin, Nightwing, and Huntress in combat within the house and holds his own, cutting through restraints and trading blows with Huntress and Nightwing simultaneously while injuring Damian and Helena. Batman enters the fray and as they are fighting Wolverine recognizes Batman's scent and the fact that it's found throughout Wayne Manor, deducing that Bruce Wayne is Batman. His Department H programming was to take down all corrupt and criminal elements of the local government and private sector to be replaced with operatives more in line with the Canadian/American government's agenda, but upon the realization that Bruce Wayne is in fact Batman and a crimefighter, Wolverine's mind asserts itself and he stands down and retreats, not revealing to the parties present that he's discovered Batman's secret.
