who really wins how and why?

Yoda destoys Dooku 17 times over. Is an explanation really necessary?

We saw them match up, and that Yoda was the stronger.

yeah they seemed fairly even when they fought or unless yoda held back..

Yoda looked the stronger to me.

I believe the whole, "Yoda was holding back" was implied in Dark Rendevous.


I would have to look up their conversation to be certain however.

Considering Yoda's fight with Dooku and the Dookster retreating, along with Yoda's battle against Sidious, whom Dooku knew himself to not even be able to hold a candle to I think it's safe to assume that Yoda takes this. Had Yoda not had to use TK to catch the mass of falling metal about to crush Obi and Anakin Dooku would have found himself in two or three pieces. Considering that his other foes were unconscious the only reason Dooku had to attack them was to divert Yoda so that he could escape. If he were superior he would have pressed the attack and killed three of the best weapons the Jedi had in one swoop.

Dooku dies, Yoda only didn't destroy him in their two encounters because of the love he held for his old Padawan.

Yoda went toe to toe with Sids but he might lose to Dooku?
